YES helps young South Africans access 12-month quality work experiences that build practical skills and open doorsto career success. By partnering with businesses across industries, YES unlocks opportunities to prepare youth for today’s job market.

To join the YES programme, keep an eye out on our corporate partners’ social media platforms or on SAYouth for YES opportunities. SAYouth is a Presidential Youth Employment Intervention supported by the Presidency, YES,
the National Youth Development Agency (NYDA), and Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator. While YES supports
the initiative, youth are not automatically placed—those interested must apply via the platform to be considered
for a 12-month work experience.

Upskilling in the digital age is crucial to job success. Our YES One app is a rewards-based platform with data-free access across all major networks (MTN, Cell C, Vodacom, Telkom) that gives you access to key learning modules.

This rewards-based learning programme builds knowledge in areas like digital literacy, AI integration, and managing your finances. The YES One app is accessible, engaging, and upskills YES Youth to increase your employability in a digitally driven society.
