The YES Implementation Partner Model is a turnkey solution designed to help businesses create meaningful work experiences with minimal complexity and maximum impact. From recruitment to training, placement, YES provides a fully integrated solution that enables companies to drive transformation and build key sectors while boosting their B-BBEE score and contributing to South Africa’s economic growth*.
*Only programmes with 6 or more youth per programme are eligible for this model.The YES Implementation Partner Department will be your point of contact for all IP model programmes. The team closely manages all host partners to ensure efficient programme operations and that the programme remains compliant until completion.
The Implementation Partner Department’s role includes:
Supporting programme design to meet your BEE
strategic sector focus or ESG requirements
Selecting and managing the best partners to execute your programme
Managing document verification, drop/offs and replacements
Monthly check-ins with the IPs, site visits with youth interviews and monthly meetings with the client on progress reports.
Ensuring the host partners meet absorption requirements.
YES partners’ responsibilities include:
Recruiting the youth
Placing youth into selected priority sectors
Running of payroll
Ensuring youth & supervisors complete surveys related to M&E
Facilitating absorption requirements and working opportunities for youth post-programme
