The Youth Employment Service (YES) is South Africa’s largest 12-month full-timejobs programme private or public sector funded.
YES enables businesses to provide 12-month quality work experiences that build future careers and create a more inclusive economy.
By partnering with YES, businesses can gain up to two levels on their B-BBEE scorecard while making a measurable impact on youth employment. Companies participating in YES contribute to real economic transformation, develop future-ready talent, and integrate YES into their Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)and Employment Equity (EE) strategies
