## 2 Levels Up Meet your YES target Absorb 5% of your YES Youth

# Large Companies (Generic Entities)

Revenue:   
Over R50 million 50%   
average across all 3 priority elements

or

40% minimum in each of the 3 priority elements

# Qualifying Small Enterprises (QSEs)

Revenue:   
R10 million – R50 million  
40% in 2 of 3 priority elements (must include Ownership)

or

40% average across 2 elements, including Ownership

# Exempted Micro Enterprises (EMEs)

 

Revenue:   
Under R10 million  
No sub-minimums required.

# Transport Sector

Priority Elements include:  
Ownership, Skills Development, and Enterprise & Supplier Development (ESD)

Even in your first year of participation, you can earn YES benefits on your scorecard before youth have completed their 12-month work experience. The dtic allows early recognition during verification.
